New Day
I think I shall attempt to survive off water, and 4 pieces of fruit just for today.
If it fails, meh. I shall just go for a runnn.

Had a sexy as run
The running, not me. I looked like a tomato on steroids.
Did 100m sprints, and then jogged, then more sprints, then walking, then for 10 minutes at the end I plonked myself under a beautiful tree in the park and did some meditation. Got home, and chugged a litre of water. Now back to work, so mum leaves me alone, and doesn’t ruin the insane peace I feel at the moment.

Health:
Drink plenty of water.
Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
Live with the 3 E’s - Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy
Play more games.
Read more books than you did in 2010.
