Had a sexy as run
 The running, not me. I looked like a tomato on steroids.  Did 100m sprints, and then jogged, then more sprints, then walking, then for 10 minutes at the end I plonked myself under a beautiful tree in the park and did some meditation. Got home, and chugged a litre of water. Now back to work, so mum leaves me alone, and doesn’t ruin the insane peace I feel at the moment.  FEELS GOOOOOOOD :)
